Storage Fee Payment
What is Storage Fee?
Storage Fee includes storage fee of products in bonded warehouses and token management fee in UniCask system.
Please note that the annual storage fee for your cask is billed to those who are cask holders as of 11:59 PM (GMT+9) on November 30th, covering the entire upcoming year. This fee must be paid in JPY via your credit card between December 1st and December 31st. If the payment is not made within this timeframe, all services provided by UniCask will be suspended.
On November 30th, you will receive a notification regarding the payment of the storage fee.
Between December 1st and December 31st, you can pay the storage fee. Please log in to unicask.com and select the product for which you'd like to pay the fee and select “Pay Storage Fee”.
Please confirm the price of the storage fee and pay via your credit card.
After the payment, you can download the receipt for the storage fee on the “Notification” page or your email.
**If the storage fee remains unpaid, the following actions will be taken:
On 1st January
- The product will be locked.
- Listing, ownership transfer, sample request, issuance of certificates, regauging is not possible.
- Payment of the storage fee is still possible.
- A reminder email will be sent.
On 31st January
- The product will remain locked.
- Listing, ownership transfer, sample request, issuance of certificates, regauging is not possible.
- A notification email will be sent indicating the product is locked and to contact the management team.
On 1st July
The product will be confiscated by the UniCask Management Team.
