The details of the Product Price

The product price includes the token price, initial management fee, and transaction fee.

What is Management Fee?

Management Fee includes storage fee of products in bonded warehouses and token management fee in UniCask system. Please note that the annual management fee for your cask is billed to those who are cask holders as of 11:59 PM (GMT+9) on November 30th, covering the entire upcoming year. This fee must be paid in JPY via your credit card between December 1st and December 31st. If the payment is not made within this timeframe, all services provided by UniCask will be suspended.

Please note that the Initial Management Fee, which covers the Year of Purchase and the Year After the Purchase, has already been paid at the time of your purchase. Therefore, no additional management fee is required for the first year following your purchase.

Payment via Credit Card and Bank Transfer

1. Please make an initial deposit of 40,000JPY via credit card.

2. Once the initial deposit payment is completed, please select from USD, GBP, EUR, or JPY for the remaining balance, which must be paid via bank transfer within 14 days of making the initial deposit.

3. Once you choose the payment currency (USD, GBP, EUR, or JPY), we will issue an invoice for the remaining balance in that currency, and you can complete the payment via bank transfer.

Example) If you choose pay the Remaining Balance in USD, for an item offered at the Product Price of USD 30,000.

Product Price USD converted in JPY = USD 30,000 * Exchange Rate 140 = JPY 4,200,000

The Remaining Balance to be invoiced will be;

JPY 4,160,000 / Exchange Rate 140 = USD 29,714.29

Please note that If there is a fluctuation of more than 6% in the exchange rate after the issuance of the invoice, we reserve the right to adjust the exchange rate accordingly.

1. After initial deposit payment via credit card is completed, please choose the currency you’d like to use when paying the remaining balance.

1. The invoice of the remaining balance is sent to your email address or “Notifications” on the app.

1. When the remaining balance payment is pending, the product is shown on “My Collections” page.

1. When the remaining balance payment via bank transfer is completed, the following message is sent to your email and “Notifications” on the app.

1. You can see the product you purchased on your “My Collections” page and request management fee payment, various services like listing, ownership transfer, and so on.
